  • acheter: to buy
  • Qu'est-ce que vous désirez ? : What would you like ? (formal)
  • désirer: to want, to desire
  • Je voudrais … : I'd like a …. ("voudrais" is the conditional form of the verb "vouloir". It is used to be more polite)
  • Quelle taille voulez-vous ?: Which size would you like ? 
  • vouloir: to want, to desire (synonym of "désirer" 
  • grand(e) ≠ petit(e): big ≠ small 
  • Grande taille: big size ("taille" is a feminine noun so you must add an "e" to the adjective precedeing it.) 
  • Je vous le prépare tout de suite: I prepare it (for you) right away. ("le" replaces the word "coffee", a masculine noun, in this sentence and is translated by "it"). 
  • préparer: to prepare
